Join the Irish Network of Colorado for the official ribbon cutting of the Leadville Irish Miners Memorial – In memory of the over 1100 Irish immigrants buried in unmarked graves – a symbol of their humanity, their lives and their struggles, in hope that their stories might continue…


  • Memorial Ceremony: 10 am – 2pm at Evergreen cemetery. Remarks from dignitaries, reading of the names and unveiling.
  • St. Patrick’s “Practice Parade” at
  • Evening Grand Finale at Tabor House, Leadville: “From Cork to Colorado” entertainment on stage to include Allihies delegation, local Leadville students etc.
